Return policy

Due to the rate at which items sell out online we process ALL exchanges at a return for store credit and new purchase.

All purchases that meet the following requirements are eligible for return (store credit).
Regular-priced merchandise:

  • Items purchased within the last 14 days can be returned for store credit (in the form of a gift card). Items MUST be unwashed, unworn, with garment tags attached.
  • Please note that all underwear/intimates are final sale.
Sale merchandise:
  • Sorry, all FINAL SALE items are yours to keep.

To initiate your return by mail and generate a paid Canada Post return shipping label please click below.

Please note:

  • Your store credit will be issued AFTER the item is received and processed.
  • Customers will receive a shipping label sent to their email to print.
  • The cost of the return shipping label is a flat rate fee of $5 CAD. This will be deducted from your store credit (gift card). 
  • **For orders that did NOT qualify for free shipping the $10 flat rate shipping fee will also be reimbursed with the store credit. 

Warranty claim

Bäre Activewear prides itself on selling high quality products.  All Bäre Activewear products are covered by a “Manufacturing Defect Warranty” for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase with the original bill of sale from an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear and/or products that were used outside their intended purpose.
